DECEMBER 2011 Andrew Schirrmeister, Laura Jones and Jim Ezer persuaded the Houston Fourteenth Court of Appeals to grant mandamus relief in favor of a client of the firm, directing the trial judge to vacate two discovery orders that compelled the client to respond to certain of the plaintiffs' discovery in a products liability action.
